Age and risk notice: You must be 18 or older to use this site, and 21 or older where your state or the casino sets that minimum. Gambling involves real risk of loss, and crypto prices can swing while you play. If gambling is causing you harm, call the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER. Offshore casinos may not offer the same player protections or self-exclusion tools as state-regulated operators. See our Responsible Gambling page for more.
Want to reach the Top Crypto Casinos team? This page explains what we can help with, what to include in a message, and when you should contact a casino directly instead. We are an independent comparison site. We are not a casino, and we can't see or change anyone's account.
What you can contact us about
We welcome messages on these topics:
- Corrections: a bonus term, coin list, licence detail or limit on our pages looks out of date or wrong.
- Feedback: something was unclear, missing or hard to use on a review or comparison.
- Suggestions: a topic you'd like covered, such as wallet setup, network fees or stablecoin deposits.
- Business or partnership questions: how we work with operators and how we're funded.
- Privacy or content requests: questions about how this site handles your information.
What we can't help with
We can't resolve disputes with a casino. That includes delayed withdrawals, frozen accounts, lost deposits, bonus disagreements and verification requests. Only the operator can act on those. We also can't recover funds sent to a wrong address. Blockchain transactions generally can't be reversed.
We don't give legal, tax or investment advice. We also won't suggest ways to get around a casino's restrictions, state blocks or identity checks.
If you have a problem with a casino
- Gather your account username, transaction hash, coin, network, amount and timestamps.
- Contact the casino's own support first, and keep copies of what you send and receive.
- Read the casino's terms and the bonus rules that applied to your account. Our Terms and Conditions cover this site only, not the casinos.
- Check the transaction on a public block explorer to confirm its status and confirmations.
- If the issue stays unresolved, tell us. We may note it for future reviews, but we can't promise to intervene.
Never send us your private keys, seed phrase, passwords or full wallet access. We will never ask for them.
How to write a useful message
- Name the page and the specific statement you're asking about.
- Say which casino it concerns, such as BetPanda, CoinCasino or Cryptorino.
- Include a source if you're reporting a change, such as a screenshot of the casino's current terms with the date.
- Tell us your state if it matters, since availability and rules vary.
We read corrections and prioritize those that affect bonus conditions, licensing statements and legal information. We can't promise a reply time or a reply to every message.
Corrections and how we handle them
Our information was last fact-checked on Oct 1, 2026. Bonuses, wagering requirements, supported coins and limits change often, and casinos set their own terms. Always confirm current conditions on the casino's site before depositing. Where a claim comes from a casino's own advertising rather than something we could verify, we try to say so.
Independence and commercial relationships
We may earn a commission if you sign up with a casino through links on this site. Commissions don't decide rankings or ratings. Messages from operators asking for better placement will not change our rankings.

Our About Us page explains who we are and how we assess casinos. Many questions about legal standing, wagering terms and verification are answered there or in our reviews. Offshore crypto casinos operate in a legal grey area for US players. They are typically licensed outside the US, in places like Curaçao or Anjouan, rather than by a US regulator. Check your own state's laws, and consult a qualified professional on legal or tax questions.
